Choice Market / Crossed Market Indication Added

Last night's release (v1.3021) introduces choice market and crossed market indication to the CT Grid Whiteboard.

Crossed markets can occur in fast moving markets, indicating an opportunity, or an error. In both instances the desk needs to know as soon as possible and act accordingly. CT Grid will now show pink triangles in the lower right corner of the bid/ask price cells to help identify when Bid >= Ask.
